A Brief History of Grantline Veterinary Hospital In 1983, Stephen Leonard and his family began building Grantline Veterinary Hospital, Inc. They lived above the hospital in a small apartment for several years as they worked to build their small animal (and at that time large animal) practice. The Leonards' worked hard to build a practice that provides the highest quality care available in veterinary medicine. In 1991, the original hospital was completely remodeled and expanded to it's current 6000 square feet, making it one of the largest veterinary facilities in the area. Dr. Leonard is a 1977 graduate of the School of Veterinary Medicine located on the University of California at Davis. Dr. Leonard had retained his ties to the School of Veterinary Medicine and its Teaching Hospital by serving on numerous committees seeking to promote the veterinary profession. |
